i'm a fan of desserts. so long as it looks decent, i'll raise my hands up just to try them. recently, i went to snowflakes at ss15 and fell in love with it. i didn't bring my camera, so i thought of trying it again.. coincidently i saw the same snowflake in pavilion. looks like they have branches too. being as excited as always, i immediately went there after shopping.
each customer will hold one "beeping ufo". when it vibrates, that means your order is ready to be collected. cool eh. damn creative, whoever came up with this idea.
this month's special dessert - sea amber jelly. crushed ice topped with sea coconut jelly and pearl.
their all-time speciality/best seller. i ordered the cold one. crushed ice topped with grass jelly, taro and sweet potato balls. the balls are very chewy, very much like bubble gum. :D
it also comes with a creamer. sadly, i don't think that creamer made much of a difference, probably made me put on a bit more weight.
it's worth a try if you're looking for something different. oh yeah, and if you are about to hit that place, do remember the portion is HUGE!
Me and my addiction towards fondue! Be it cheese or chocolate, I'll definitely say "I want to try!!", just a matter of whether it happens or not.
I said the exact same thing when I was in melbourne, but only manage to try it back in Malaysia. Theobroma Chocolate Lounge has branches in a few countries.. so don't be sad if you're not in Malaysia.
I ordered a chocolate affair simply because fruits dipped in the bowl of hot melted milk chocolate is the best thing anyone can ask for after having brunch.
The chocolate affair is catered for two.. of course it's not stated that it has to be two only. Be it friends or family, drag them along and try it. It's worth the money.. :)
I have to admit the strawberries are a bit too sour, or maybe it's just the ones we got. The strawberries we had in San Churros are much sweeter. :)
Personally, I think that sour fruits won't decide the quality of the chocolate, it's just a bonus that makes the fondue nicer.
Now that I have gotten myself a fondue set, I can prepare it anytime.
Jealous yet? Don't be. Just head to the nearest Theobroma and order it!
Such indecent title. What is it gotta do with this blog anyway? Well, the Japanese being creative as usual, created boobie pudding.

While I was looking for business tips on Forbes youtube, I found a hilarious video under the Forbes channel - it's a moving giant cupcake!!!
You can own this giant cupcake at the price of $25,000. Certainly it isn't cheap, but it's 100% handmade. It goes as fast as 7 mile per hour. Not sure if it's that aerodynamic. You can buy it from Neiman Marcus. Oh, yes... it's selling at Neiman Marcus! The product code is BF10_NMO4428. If you're really interested, do contact me. I have special discount at Neiman Marcus and I'm glad to share it with you. But before you make up your mind, do watch this video from David Letterman...

MILAN: Italian confectioner Ferrero SpA has met private equity firms as well as Hershey Co to discuss a possible bid for Britain's Cadbury Plc, the Il Sole 24 Ore daily reported on Saturday.
The coming weeks would determine whether the family-held company would make an offer for the confectionery maker rivalling a hostile £10bil bid from US food group Kraft Foods Inc, the newspaper said.
Ferrero had met in recent weeks with private equity firms Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co and Blackstone Group LP to discuss Cadbury, Il Sole 24 Ore said, citing financial sources.
Ferrero also had talked over an offer in recent weeks with Hershey, with the goal of an alliance that could offset Kraft's bid, the paper said.
A Ferrero spokesman was not immediately available for comment. The company said on Dec 27 that nothing had changed in its position that it was in the preliminary stages of evaluating options on Cadbury.
Britain's Takeover Panel gave Cadbury three extra days last week to publish 2009 results that could become a key plank in it defence against Kraft's hostile bid.
Cadbury said on Dec 14 that Hershey and Ferrero had both indicated they were also contemplating bids. - Reuters
