These are the mini chocolate cakes
You also have a different icing *wink
These are red velvet cupcakes with cheese topping
These looks really tempting to me. The buttercream cupcakes. The blue icing is really nice.
Cupcakes belong to the cakes family. It has frosting all the time. This is the major difference - the frosting. Frosting enables cupcakes to be embellished in different ways. In the mouth, cupcakes are usually more moist. And of course cupcakes comes in a cup. I mean paper cup.
You'll notice, muffins are served without a cup. It belongs to the bread family instead of the cakes. It doesn't have frosting but it can be garnished with chocolate sauce. They are more dry in the mouth.
My fellow friend on Flickr shared his photo with us today. J Trav named this photo Everyday Essential Diptychs. Look at those funny faces. They are too cute to be eater.

Coming up next...Banana cupcake recipe
What do you do when you’re left alone in your boyfriend’s place? Don’t crack your head to think of what to do…just bake some cupcakes. He’ll be very happy to see it when he comes back from long tiring day of work. Here’s a chocolate cupcake recipe that I’ve tried.
INGREDIENTS
165 g all-purpose flour
1 g baking soda
9 g baking powder
65 g unsweetened cocoa powder
0.8 g salt
45 g butter, softened
300 g white sugar
2 eggs
4 ml vanilla extract
235 ml milk
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a muffin pan with paper or foil liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk; beat well. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full.
3. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Frost with your frosting when cool.
I’ve tried the bend ‘n’ bake mould. It’s really good and convenient. I’m going to get another set because 12 are not really enough.
I used ready made chocolate frosting. It's really much more time saving.
Here’s the sprinkle that I used. I asked the boys to choose their favorite color. Sadly, no one pick the green one. I’m saving that next for my monster cupcakes!!!
Look at the colors. Aren't they pretty? I always love pastel colors.
But this bakeware is not just pretty colors. It's made of silicone, so it's easy to bend. I wonder if you can put it in your breast?
Anyway, it looks like it's a good investment for me. It's mocrowave safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe, freezer safe, stain resistance, will not rust, corrade, dent, crack, or peel. But it can endure at temperature between -45 degrees to 250 degrees. If you have a super power oven than bakes more than 250 degrees, it is definitely not advisable to use these mini moulds.
The best thing of having this mini cup cake moulds is, you don't have to get any paper liner or paper mould. It will save you a lot of money in a long run.
I paid AUD 11.18 for 12 mini mould cup cakes. If you need more information, check out www.wiltshire-online.com
I'm going to bake my cupcakes now. I'll let you know if it's really good.
I'm not reviewing any cake store. This is actually a drama series. I am so fond with the cakes and confectionaries in the drama. It almost made my heart melted. All the cakes are so pretty. They are just too sweet to be eaten. Anyway... you can watch this online >>>> here. I bet you'll drool your way til the end of the show :)
Since I've not been updating, I thought of just browsing around for some cupcakes illustration. Aren't they all pretty? I'm sorry I couldn't give credit because I've lost track where I found all these photos. I just googled and post it up. My bad. Anyway, those are not my own artwork. Whoever did it...it's surely a great job :)
