J Restaurant is famous of their
Sushi Burger. An invention that leaves you craving for more! Besides the awesome sushi burger, they have awesome daifuku as well.
The strawberry daifuku is really rare to find. Only authentic Japanese restaurant has it.
I love the red bean daifuku. There's no artificial sweetness at all.
If you happen to be there, do try out their daifukus. Perfect way to end your meal.

While my visit to the Cascade beer factory, I couldn't stop giggling over the fact that they have stout ice-cream on their menu. I've heard of stout ice-cream before, but I never had the chance to try it because it's quite hard to find in normal ice-cream store.
It tasted really creamy and rich. Very distinctive. I don't really know how to explain how familiar the taste is. But the closest I can explain is creamy milk caramel taste.
The environment at Cascade beer factory is really peaceful. It is located out of town, with a huge garden for your al fresco dining.
If you ever see the stout ice-cream on any menu, do try. It's only available in certain places.

We managed to try the Mango Torte from their dessert menu, which apparently is the best seller in the house.
The vanilla ice-cream topped with frozen mango, drizzled with mango puree is a bliss during hot weather. We couldn't get enough of the frozen mango. It looks sweet to death but looks can be deceiving. There is no artificial sweetness but we tasted the sweetness from the mango itself.
If you don't know yet, Philippines is famous of its mango. Do try anything "mango" in the menu - mango juice is a must! You wouldn't regret it.

We girls chilled at Levain Boulangerie Patisserie after lunch. So many choices and we don't know which one to pick. I wanted to order everything but my stomach don't have the space to store.
They serve breakfast, appetizer and main course too.

I think I should come earlier if I want to eat macarons. Either that or during weekend because they only have 3 flavours left when I was there. :S
Mushroom soup
So we picked all 3 to try. I like the orange macaron, but it'd be nicer if they have my favourite strawberry and cream :(
Pasta. According to a friend of mine, the pasta is so good that one has to wait for about an hour if they come during peak hours.
